  The Mary Allen Museum of African American Art and History, Inc. invites you to attend a Lecture at 2:00 pm, Thursday 25^th February, “Standing on the Shoulders of Giants.” Mrs. Mary E. Shepherd Lester.  This Lecture will be held at the Crockett State Bank in the McConnell  Room at 2pm.

  The Mary Allen Museum of African American Art and History, Inc. invites you to attend an exhibition of “Black Art Ancestral Legacy:  The African Impulse in African-American Art."  The Art Exhibit will be on display February 25 – March 19, 2016 10am-4pm.

  This program is made possible in part by a grant from Humanities Texas, the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

  We're doing well. Dad is in a nursing home now, but overall we can't complain about nothing. He will be 98 yrs Tuesday. We certainly thank GOD for it all. I'm glad y'all are doing fine & hanging in there. GOD bless you all & have a blessed Easter too.
